Joe is former Founder & CTO of Value America and over the past 17 years, has been hired to provide CTO-level expertise in technology security, software development and architecture, web development, database design, data mining and warehousing, graphics design, usability studies, data center architecture and management, customer relations management, supply-chain logistics, contract negotiations, and general technology department management.
Joe received his degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan. His major clients and partners include ADP/Broadridge, AC Nielsen, TACO, Omnicom, ABN Ambro, Smith Barney, and National Safety Compliance. |

| Piyush Rajput, VP - Products(R&D) |
| Piyush is responsible for Agnicent’s world-class product engineering operations. Prior to this, Piyush held several senior positions in designing and developing enterprise level solutions from Clustering to Storage Area networks. In the course of his career Piyush has worked in multiple roles, ranging from hard-core database development and program management to managing the delivery of large-scale software products. Piyush holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. |

| Ashok is an alumni of Delhi College of Engineering and is responsible for the delivery organisation at Agnicent. He manages the core delivery and projects team and is responsible for maintaining CSAT levels at Agnicient. Ashok is often called the "Fire-Fighter" at Agnicient. He is instrumental in providing resolution to major technology challenges faced in everyday project delivery. |

| Shaillender Mittal, VP - Sales & Marketing |
| Shaillender, or Bob as he is fondly called, leads the Global Sales and Marketing team for Agnicient. Bob is responsible for key strategic alliances and customers as well as for corporate identity, branding and PR. Bob carries over 18 years of sales, marketing and business development experience and has worked with Oracle and Digital. He was the Head of Sales of ReadyTestGo prior to joining Agnicient. |
